All appointments are important. A 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation. Cancellations within those hours will be charged for the appointment. No shows will also be charged. Failure to pay will result in you having to pay in full before you make another appointment. Late Policy If you are running late, please let us know. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, without checking or letting us know it’s ok, your appointment maybe classed as a cancellation/no show and you will have to re book. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required when booking appointments over 60 minutes. If we do not receive the deposit the appointment will not be booked. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours.
