SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are important. A 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation. Cancellations within those hours will be charged for the appointment. No shows will also be charged. Failure to pay will result in you having to pay in full before you make another appointment. Late policy, if you are running late, please let us know. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment maybe classes as a cancellation/no show and you will have to re-book.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A 25% deposit is required when booking any appointment whether it is online, over the phone or in salon. If we do not receive the deposit the appointment will not be booked. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours.

COVID POLICY

With regards to our COVID policy, we must inform you that although the rules concerning the Covid virus is not as much as a Government guideline as prior, our main priority still remains the health and well-being of our staff. If the unfortunate circumstance occurs and you happen to contract the virus, your appointment on the day will not be able to go ahead. We kindly ask that you inform us no later than 24 hours before your appointment as this is the salon policy. If you are unable to cancel within the 24 hour period, our system will automatically collect your payment and this will be non refundable.

However, if you inform us in the time frame stated, we will then reschedule your appointment for a later date without any charge.

PATCH TESTING

Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be carried out at least 24 hours before your appointment goes ahead. Failure to attend a patch test will result in your appointment been cancelled. If you turn up to your appointment on the day without having a patch test, your appointment will not go ahead and your deposit will be non refundable.

Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required when booking appointments over 60 minutes. If we do not receive the deposit the appointment will not be booked. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours.
