OUR COURSES
Our Guild Accredited Training includes online theory and assessment prior to the practical training.
Practical training takes place in our salon classroom Saturdays to Mondays and we can provide a starter kit with everything you’ll need (see Kit prices next to each course).

In order to preserve the sense of harmony and tranquillity at our beauty salon in Sunderland, we kindly ask for your mobile phones to be turned to silent or switched off.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your treatment so you can relax with a drink before your treatment begins.
Please advise us if you are pregnant before making an appointment.
For treatments booked in salon or over the phone, we may require card details to secure your booking.
Please note that at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.

All appointments are important. A 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation. Cancellations within those hours will be charged for the appointment. No shows will also be charged. Failure to pay will result in you having to pay in full before you make another appointment. Late Policy If you are running late, please let us know. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, without checking or letting us know it’s ok, your appointment maybe classed as a cancellation/no show and you will have to re book. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required when booking appointments over 60 minutes. If we do not receive the deposit the appointment will not be booked. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours.
